Asha Kiran Charitable Trust started 20 years ago with a vision to feed the poor and the needy. With time they realised how illiteracy was the actual issue in their lives. With this realisation, they started educating the underprivileged children in the streets of Mumbai. At present they have 7 street schools with a total of 600 students situated at a stretch from Juhu to Goregaon, Mhada being their headquarter.

For week 17, with the help of the team at Gozoop, we prepared and distributed 1,000 sandwiches for children of the 7 street schools run by Asha Kiran Charitable Trust. It was inspiring to witness the enthusiasm of the children towards education. We came back with lots of fun memories and those smiles engraved in our hearts forever.
